Originally discovered by Alice Waters and now available from Bella Cucina. The Bella Cucina Original Tuscan Grill is modeled from an 18th century Italian design and hand crafted by Tuscan metalsmiths. It is a highly functional and versatile new addition to the home and kitchen. Ideal for outdoor cooking or in the fireplace to bring warmth and wonderful aromatic flavors indoors. This new larger version, the Grande, was designed by Bella Cucina creator Alisa Barry during one of her annual retreats to Italy. It measures 25” wide and 18 ½” deep, fits perfectly in most fireplaces and accommodates grilling for 4 or more. Great for grilling meats and vegetables with our newly-introduced aromatic savory salts, like Porcini Mushroom and Parsley or Wild Oregano & Sage.
